Export Packing Notes for Cabinetry and Built-In Furniture

How item labels, carton planning, moisture protection, and spare hardware reduce handover friction.

Export Packing Notes for Cabinetry and Built-In Furniture

A strong custom furniture brief starts with the information that affects cost and production risk. Share measured drawings when available, mark uncertain dimensions clearly, and separate fixed cabinetry from loose furniture so each supplier can quote the right scope.

Finish expectations should be written, not only shown as mood images. Include veneer direction, lacquer sheen, laminate grade, stone thickness, glass color, metal tone, and hardware preference. If the project needs hotel durability or rental-unit maintenance, say that early.

Before production, confirm what is included and excluded. Counters, appliances, basins, lights, installation labor, spare hardware, and site measurements can change the quote. Written confirmation protects both buyer and supplier.
