Scope and result

The project began with a room list, reference finishes, and cabinetry priorities. The sourcing plan separated fixed cabinetry from loose furniture, then documented door styles, hardware, counter requirements, panel thickness, and packing expectations.

Repeatable room furniture details with durable finishes and simplified shipping labels. The same structure can be adapted for villas, apartments, hotels, and developer upgrade packages.
